1. Defective/Damaged Items

2. Shipping Issues

  • If tracking hasn’t updated for 15+ days (US orders) or 25+ days (international orders), you can request a refund or replacement.

  • Orders returned due to insufficient or incorrect address (customer error) qualify for a 70% refund of the item price.
