1. Defective/Damaged Items
We offer free replacements or refunds within 30 days of delivery if your item:

β Arrives damaged due to production or shipping errors.
β Is incorrect (wrong item, design, or missing product).

β Slight color or size variations due to screen differences.
β Customer mistakes (wrong size, design selection, misuse).

2. Shipping Issues

If tracking hasnβt updated for 15+ days (US orders) or 25+ days (international orders), you can request a refund or replacement.

Orders returned due to insufficient or incorrect address (customer error) qualify for a 70% refund of the item price.
π Do Not Return Without Approval
Returned packages will be donated or disposed of due to product customization. Refunds/exchanges are not available for unauthorized returns.
